Terms & Conditions – Eventgram Platform

Welcome to the Eventgram Platform. This document explains the internal usage terms, operational guidelines, and privacy practices related to the proprietary Eventgram Internal Administration Platform (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Eventgram USA.

1. About the Platform

The Eventgram Platform is a proprietary web-based internal business administration system developed exclusively for managing the event-related business operations of Eventgram USA.

The Platform is used internally to:

• Maintain customer and event records
• Store event schedules and related details
• Generate invoices and track payment balances
• Manage administrative business records
• Send invoices and event-related communications through integrated email and SMS services

Features of the Platform may include:

• Secure administrative login access
• Customer and event record management
• Invoice generation and payment balance tracking
• Administrative notes and operational records
• Email- and SMS-based invoice and communication tools
• Public SMS opt-in for account notifications
• Dashboard and internal management features

Certain features and integrations may vary depending on operational requirements, internal configurations, and system updates.

The Platform is designed exclusively for internal operational use and is not intended for public registration, public marketplace access, or third-party SaaS distribution.

2. Authorized Access

Access to the Platform is restricted to authorized personnel of Eventgram USA only.

Login credentials and system access are managed internally. Authorized personnel are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials and ensuring that the Platform is used only for approved business purposes.

Unauthorized access, misuse, copying, interference, or attempts to compromise the Platform are strictly prohibited.

3. Customer, Event & Invoice Information

The Platform stores and manages business-related information entered by authorized personnel, including:

• Customer names and contact information
• Event details, schedules, and notes
• Invoice records and balances
• Payment tracking information
• Administrative communications and related documents

Authorized personnel are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information entered into the Platform before invoices, records, or communications are shared externally.

The Platform is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or manually entered information.

4. Payment Tracking

The Platform does not process or collect payments directly.

The Platform is used solely for administrative tracking of:

• Invoice records
• Payment status updates
• Due balances and payment history

All customer payments are handled independently outside the Platform.

Authorized personnel are responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, invoice details, and payment updates.

5. Email & Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may integrate with third-party services, including Google APIs, email delivery services, and SMS messaging providers (such as Telnyx), for sending invoices and business communications.

The Platform only requests access permissions necessary for internal business operations and communication purposes.

Eventgram USA does not sell, transfer, or misuse data obtained through integrated third-party services.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable communication services, uninterrupted email or SMS delivery, delivery timing, or inbox/carrier placement cannot be guaranteed due to dependency on external providers and customer systems.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

6. SMS Program Terms (Account Notifications)

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS, you agree to receive SMS account notifications from Eventgram USA, including messages about invoices, proposals/estimates, payments, and related account updates.

• Message frequency: Message frequency may vary
• Cost: Standard Message and Data Rates may apply
• Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel; you may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or email eventgramusa@gmail.com
• Opt in: Via https://app.eventgramusa.com/sms-notifications (phone number + SMS consent checkbox), or by affirmative consent when providing your number to Eventgram USA staff

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how mobile and opt-in data are handled.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Eventgram USA may suspend or end SMS notifications for any number that opts out or where delivery is not permitted.

7. Data Usage & Privacy

Customer and business information stored within the Platform is used solely for internal business administration and operational purposes, including optional email and SMS notifications where consent has been obtained.

Information entered into the Platform is securely maintained within internal systems and is not intentionally shared with unauthorized third parties.

Authorized personnel are responsible for ensuring lawful collection, handling, and use of customer information in accordance with applicable business and privacy laws, including SMS consent and opt-out rules where applicable.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Operational Availability

The Platform is provided as an internal operational tool for business administration.

Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain system availability and reliability, uninterrupted access or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• System maintenance or updates
• Hosting or server-related issues
• Internet connectivity problems
• Third-party service interruptions
• Technical issues beyond reasonable operational control

9. Proprietary Rights

The Eventgram Platform, including its codebase, system architecture, interface design, branding, and related materials, remains the proprietary property of Eventgram USA and its owners.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, reproduction, or misuse of the Platform or its components is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Responsibility

The Platform functions as an internal business administration tool.

Authorized personnel are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying:

• Customer information
• Event schedules and records
• Invoice details and balances
• Payment updates and communications

Eventgram USA shall not be responsible for losses, delays, communication failures (including email or SMS), invoice inaccuracies, scheduling issues, operational disruptions, or data-related issues resulting from:

• Incorrect or incomplete manual data entry
• External service interruptions
• Third-party provider or carrier failures
• Technical issues beyond reasonable operational control

11. Updates to These Terms

These Terms of Use & Privacy Notice may be updated periodically to reflect operational, technical, legal, or business changes.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
