This Privacy Policy explains how Eventgram USA collects, stores, uses, and protects information processed through the Eventgram Internal Administration Platform (the “Platform”).

The Platform is developed and operated exclusively for the internal business operations of Eventgram USA.

1. Information We Collect

The Platform may collect and store business-related information entered by authorized personnel, including:

• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Event details and schedules
• Invoice records and payment balances
• Administrative notes and related business records

Information processed through the Platform is used solely for internal business administration and operational purposes, including:

• Managing customer and event records
• Generating invoices and related documents

• Sending invoices and business communications (email and SMS where enabled)
• Managing SMS opt-in/opt-out preferences for account notifications
• Maintaining system security and internal operations
• Troubleshooting technical or operational issues

Eventgram USA does not sell customer or business information to third parties.

3. SMS / Text Messaging & Mobile Information

Eventgram USA may send SMS account notifications related to invoices, proposals/estimates, payments, and related account updates. Customers may opt in through our public SMS opt-in page at https://app.eventgramusa.com/sms-notifications, or by providing affirmative consent when working with Eventgram USA staff.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

All categories of data sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for purposes unrelated to providing you with the messaging service.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers (for example, Telnyx), phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

4. Email & Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services, including Google APIs, email delivery providers, and SMS messaging providers (such as Telnyx), to send invoices and operational communications.

Information shared through these services may include:

• Recipient email addresses and mobile phone numbers
• Invoice attachments and communication content
• SMS message content and delivery-related metadata
• Delivery-related information required for email or SMS functionality

The Platform only requests access permissions necessary for internal operational purposes.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies and service terms.

5. Data Storage & Security

Information stored within the Platform is maintained within internal systems controlled by Eventgram USA.

Reasonable security measures are implemented to help protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure, including:

• Restricted internal access
• Credential-based authentication
• System monitoring and maintenance
• Secure hosting and communication practices where applicable

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain data security, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Eventgram USA does not intentionally sell, rent, or disclose customer information to unauthorized third parties.

Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary for:

• Email and SMS delivery and operational integrations
• Hosting or technical infrastructure services
• Compliance with applicable legal obligations
• Protection of operational security or legal rights

Any mentioning of third-party data sharing in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties except as needed to deliver the messaging service, as described in Section 3.

Business and customer information may be retained for operational, administrative, backup, legal, or record-keeping purposes.

SMS opt-in records and related consent logs may be retained to demonstrate consent and support opt-out requests.

Retention periods may vary depending on internal operational requirements and applicable legal obligations.

Access to the Platform is restricted to authorized personnel of Eventgram USA only.

Authorized personnel are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for using customer information responsibly and lawfully.

9. Operational Availability

Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain system reliability and availability, uninterrupted access or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, internet connectivity problems, third-party service interruptions, or technical issues beyond reasonable operational control.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, technical, legal, or business changes. Updated versions will be published with a revised effective date.
